Any booking or service agreement will be governed by a separate written contract or confirmation that outlines specific details, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities.

Descriptions of services on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. We reserve the right to refuse any inquiry or booking at our sole discretion.

5. Payments and Cancellations

When you book our services, you agree to pay the amounts specified in the booking confirmation or contract. Payment terms, deposits, and schedules will be detailed in the individual agreement. We may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a date.

Cancellations and refunds (if any) are handled according to the specific terms in your booking confirmation. Generally, deposits may be non-refundable, and late cancellations may result in additional fees. We encourage you to review all terms carefully before booking.

We are not responsible for any costs you incur due to changes in your event plans, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure below).

You agree not to:
