Easy Grilled Garlic-Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe
This is a great recipe for game day or any day in our house. Instead of deep-frying, which is messy, I like to grill the chicken wings. They are crispy and delicious.
I like to grill a lot of wings and use different sauces:

Ingredients:
Grilled chicken wings
2.5-3 pounds whole chicken wings (Gerber brand chicken , if you can get it!)
1/4 cup olive oil or enough to coat wings
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Garlic parmesan sauce
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon sea salt
Ground fresh pepper
Directions:
In a large bowl add wings. Then coat in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Grill on low setting for 25-30 minutes, turning once. Cook until skin has rendered fat and is crispy.
Add butter, garlic, salt and pepper to a microwavable bowl for about 40 seconds until butter is melted.
Toss grilled chicken wings with butter sauce and chopped parsley. Add shredded parmesan cheese and toss again until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
